Whiteboard impact feedback

Whiteboard video impact survey

  • Feedback on Osteoporosis Canada’s whiteboard video (Close the Gap with FLS)

Osteoporosis Canada is piloting its new whiteboard video outlining FLS. We appreciate your taking the time to answer a few short questions. In the questions below, FLS refers to a model of care where a dedicated FLS coordinator finds the fracture patients at the hospital, organizes their investigations, provides education to patient/family and facilitates initiation of appropriate osteoporosis treatment.
  • Thank you for providing this feedback.

Please note that Osteoporosis Canada offers a free FLS consultation service which can help you succeed in your implementation of an FLS. You can reach us at FLS@osteoporosis.ca
