FLS Medical Leads Committee survey

FLS Medical Leads Committee survey

  • This very brief survey (approximately 5 minutes in duration) is sent to you to gauge your interest in forming an FLS Medical Leads Committee. This committee would be supported by the FLS team from Osteoporosis Canada and we seek to understand if there might be an interest in forming this committee as well as understanding possible activities of the committee.
  • Recently, FLS coordinators from across Canada indicated their interest in forming an FLS coordinators' committee in order to provide a network through which they could communicate with OC and each other. They held their first meeting in May 2018. They meet once a year (usually via teleconference). They have identified their needs which include a) education for themselves (FLS orientation package has been developed for new FLS coordinators and articles/webinars on monthly basis) and b) educational/communication tools for their patients (we are helping develop those).
  • Thank you for your participation. If you would like to contact Osteoporosis Canada's FLS team, please send an email to lschenkels@osteopororis.ca
